Thanksgiving Food Drive Update
Background: we have segmented our Direct Access Digital teammates into four teams and are competing to see which team can raise the most food. There are 5 days left… This is an open letter to Captain Alpha after his tactical threats…and the email he sent this morning.
Without Prejudice
Dearest Captain Alpha,
While it is true you conquered week one of our agency Thanksgiving #fooddrive by using your well-honed, well-defined eCommerce shopping skills and having (too many to count) items delivered to the office. It is also true that there are nuances that perhaps you and your team of do-gooders are not yet aware of.
Know your nemesis …you do know that many people in the office are gamers, they know the art of strategy, they know not to play their cards early, they know patience, they can get to the end goal taking many routes instead of the direct one and do it with stealth, gaining many other things along the path to ultimate conversion.
And while, Captain Alpha, you are an organizational leader, it is always the quiet ones you need to watch…like Allen …and while you are busy click-clicking on Buy Now call-to-action buttons, perhaps Team One’s Allen was plotting a “Pet Kittens for a Canned Good” booth on his street? We all know that the search volume for kittens is one of the highest number of searches online… Allen is brilliant. He will come up with some tactical, food driving plan, using a method of existing data, pivot tables and sheer and utter brilliance and kittens. Did you think of that, Captain Alpha?
And while you are strategically trying to kill us with fluffy, pensive, kittiness Memes and Friday AM email… (oh little ball of fur!). You are taking your eye off the dot…

You and your team cannot claim victory just yet. Muahhahaha!
Wait…
Warmest Regards,
Plotting for Food
